Spendwell is building the programmable spend-control layer for AI agents. Each agent receives a bounded allowance with scoped access, hard budgets, merchant policies, and human approvals—not a private key or unrestricted corporate card.

Our mission is to make machine commerce accountable by default. Policy is enforced before settlement, while signed receipts preserve the agent, task, prompt, merchant, and cost-center context finance teams need to govern autonomous spend.
